They're called teachers for a reason

Also. Important edit. I for one absolutely hate my generation of kids. My parents brought me up to respect adults and women. My dad grew up in the Deep South. If anyone knows about respect it's him, and I have been told that I take after him very well. I like the generation that my dad was brought up in because of the respect they were tought. Not the shitheads I go to school with every day.

Aaaaand that's why my mom quit teaching this year. Said she couldn't take the shithead kids anymore and it took all of her angry, hard headed, Irish strength not to back hand some of them.

Yup, teachers don't get paid enough to hold your hand plus 60 of your friends hands through years of school. Their job is to instruct you and help you out when you get stuck while you learn and try new things that might lead you to a career you love in life. You need to learn shit on your own, because when you get to college teachers change and don't give a flying fuck about you and will drop you out of a class in seconds.

I've been to your school and you get really good teachers. Try going to some of the ghetto schools I travel to sometime and your mindset would change.

Also Josh's mom is a fucking saint! For her to get mad enough to backhand a kid, that says a lot right there about how kids are these days.

I like my college teachers better than my high school teachers, that may be my fault however as i have a much different outlook on school now vs high school

Oh I agree, but as you go they are involved less and less. Just wait until you get to a college class you paid for

Growing up if I did something wrong, my mom beat my ass.. dont let her small stature fool you.. that Irish sports loving tom boy side comes out and its on. Lol

She would play basketball and volleyball in the gym with the kids and even that was "too rough". Hell.. they stopped playing dodgeball my junior year because it was too mean and violent. Give me a break. This is why the world is becoming so weak, kids are getting fat and scared of the sun, and people drive Prius'.. the Wussification Of America is in full swing...

Bingo. Proper parenting for sure. Better believe if I have a kid, its gonna be raised just like I was. I thank my parents everytime I go visit and see the little shithead kids that are around up there.. for raising me how they did.

When my teacher talks for 20 minutes to a student about being sassy in a funny way, like a friendly way like they're friends. Sass and swag..

I did read your other post. And this post may be harsh but I was also 16 once and even went to the same rich-preppy ass high school you go to. So I have room to talk here.

Have you ever been a teacher? Got any friends who are? My close buddy teaches 7th grade English. I work closely with teachers and observe classrooms a lot. I hear a lot and I've seen even more. Your attitude of "they should walk me through everything step by step" is what us wrong with this country already. It's a lazy attitude to have and typically this thought process is from being spoiled.

Don't worry about your teachers and what they do with their time. Worry about getting a good education. Being a teacher is a hard job and has the worst customers. I don't envy teachers at all but I respect the shit out of all of them.

Saw this video of a ready lift Silverado doing donuts around a concept Corvette car during SEMA and being complete DB's, and launching rocks at this nice car, so I made fun of them. This guys is saying there is nothing wrong with brackets and spacers, and turns out it was an off road shop. I clicked on their website and this is the picture of a truck that they have for "lift kits" for sale.
