hahaha I know the building and those desks. The company i worked for University of Phoenix was one of our clients and I remember those tiny desks and half walls. we would make fun of them once we got to our office.

nope, tacos are whole sale as soon as they wheel into the yard, if not sooner. Best bet is to call to the toyota scrappers where they pull the part for you, as they are the ones that buy the whole trucks from the scrap.

The market isn't bad if you're looking to start into it now... prices are low (though I feel they'll keep falling down hard... but it's reasonable now). It's bad for those of us (like myself) that are over 100k down already though...

I'm getting pre qualified. You can get a pretty sweet bachelor pad for 100k

so i was under the impression that getting prequalified only "lasts" for a set amount of time, if you do not find a house in x amount of time you need to re-qualify...correct?

Yes, typically it's like 30 days to maybe two months or so for this type of deal. Also, pre-qualified doesn't guarantee you get anything... if you go drop a $50,000 loan on a new 4 Runner... you'll probably get denied even if you were pre-qual'd.

so i dont understand why people do it? every qualify is a credit hit, it doesnt hurt it dramatically each time BUT it does add up
