Fall Colors in AZ....where.

Hey, I want to take my kid to see some cool fall colors. Who out there lives near some really cool places within a couple of hours of Phoenix and can report the leaves are indeed changing.

We are from the midwest and used to the fall colors...I want her to see some!

Prescott and Sedona may have some color changing aswell


Prescott is beautiful out around Lynx Lake

 

Up in Show Low and Greer. I was up there all weekend and the Aspen trees are all yellow and orange

 

Its sooooo nice up there!

I love Greer when they have snow on the ground.

 

Here is a random picture I took at the lake of some Cows but you can see the leaves in the background

A few other places too... Payson is close and has some fall change. Mt. Gram outside of Tucson also has some nice changes up top near the lake.

 

My suggestion too.
Once you reach a certain elevation it's all yellow Aspens. Looks pretty cool when the leaves are falling too.
