    I have a metal detector. always wanted to take it out.

    saw an article in az highways not too long ago about someplace near clarkdale thats supposed to be full of shit (old landfill or the like).

    The old landfills are great places to start. I can wait to get out back to AZ. We use to pan some places. And just hike around. I have some old canteens with rock in them. I have found. And a bunch of copper and silver shard.
