Fresh wax for Mt High next week

 

So for those who know sunrise. Sunrise opened apache mountain today. And cyclone mountain opens tomorrow 12/14/13. So entire mountain is open. Time to start getting ready. See ya up there fellas

 

I'm headed up to Snowbowl tomorrow morning and will be there Sunday too.

 

Have fun josh. Take some pics so we can check snow levels and what the mountain looks like.


Side note again. Got a new stick today I will mount everything and get a pic on. I'm a little worried about it. I switched fromva 154 to a 157. Yes I know its only 3cm but every way I position yje bindings doesn't feel comfortable. Either stance is to far apart or I'm to nose heavy or tail heavy. Any way I'm still happy. Will be allot better for pow in wolf creek. But my tricks will come slower.


Another note. I have a filmer ip here who wants to dabble in snow films we need some riders. (People who can throw down. ( nothing pro. But can ride with style and some tricks) back country orpark. Badically anything. Let me know.

 

I have a Snowbowl 2 for 1 all day lift ticket for sale. I originally bought 2 of these early bird specials and used the one yesterday with no problems. The voucher a sheet of paper that they scan and hand you 2 all day lift tickets. I’m not trying to make any money on this so all I’m asking for is $59.00 which is the price for a normal all day ticket.

The voucher is good through Dec 20th. I can’t make it back to the mountain before then.

Anyone hear how the coverage is at snowbowl after this recent storm? Worth hitting up?

 

I'm looking to do a double day, drive up early to sunrise on a Tuesday, shred, hotel for a night, shred wed and drive back sometime after Feb 17th. Preferably wait till a week happens during or after they are getting dumped on. Already have three people on board, anyone else want to get in on the deal. The more the merry, makes hotel supadupa cheap.

 

They are still getting what they average. Up here at sunrise got 4" of fresh on saturday. G oink t another 2" last night. And suppose to be hitting us wed - fri night for around another 6-10". Sorry I'm not more help with snowbowll.

Yeah not allot by any means but its fresh snow. When we left wolf creek last week is was crazy stupid how much the were getting. Well over my knees in less than 48 hours. So much win
