    Anyone up for a snow run this weekend? I am up for Saturday 12/10/11 if anyone is interested. I've never gone out to the snow in the taco before or here in AZ for that matter. Just looking for something fun for the day up in the snow.

    Anyone have any ideas, places to go?

    I was thinking somewhere around Payson. Spoke to a buddy of mine at work and he suggested Crown King, but i'm not sure how much snow they will have. Any thoughts?

    It's probably best to call the forest service for that district (I think it's Sitgreaves, at least it is for Woods Canyon Lake area) to check road closures.

    Back side of thumb butte in Prescott is fun. Did it last year around xmas at night. Theres also white spar rd, senators hwy, and a couple others. Grew up up there so if you need any info (goes for anybody) let me know. Lots of trails that are fun year round, and especially fun In winter. Lots of snow.
