Selling my house.....

You should of seen what our houses were worth 3-4 years ago..

 

Southern NH. For a house like that up here you would be looking at about another 100k

 

Yeah in like 2006 this house would have been worth or could have been sold for 330-350k but those days are long gone. Which is good because we couldnt afford a 350k house. Plus at that time they were doing all those shady 3 year and 5 year arms on their loans. So it just really screwed people up when their interest only part stopped and their payment jumped 300-500 bucks a month. Not that is all the mortgage companies fault the people buying should have really looked at and understood what would happen but most didnt.

 

I made my money back in 2007. I should have stayed though.

 

Just lowered the price of the house to 179k!!!!!! We need this house sold ASAP! We are willing to negotiate on the price some what....... The MLS number is 4685771
