Anyone here local have the JL Stealth Box installed? I'm trying to find sub options where I can leave the plastics on the rear seats, but get the most bass possible. I keep hearing a lot of good about these stealth boxes, so I gotta hear it before I dump 500$ on one.

So I guess the next question is:

Is it worth 500$? I'm trying to stick with JL for my subs, I loved my W13, but really am sketchy on how much bass they produce.

Well I can build a box no problem. That's the easy part.

My issue is I have almost not experience with low form factor subs. I've only heard a hand full and the ones I've heard I was not impressed by them (rockford fosgate 12, not sure what model, but low form factor sub and some other Kicker I think).

Cool. Thanks for letting me pick your brain a little. I'd love to hear your system sometime, get a feel for what that sub can do and see if it will be enough.. maybe I'll just run 2 of them.
