Can someone tell if these work for my truck

Hey guys I have a 2005 Prerunner and it pretty much all stock I found these shocks on craigslist and if someone could tell me if these fit with no adjustments and if they are any good I might buy them.

No, They will not Fit or even come close to fitting lol

A LT truck uses an 8" shock for reference in the stock coil buckets.

So if I get the 5100s should I get new coils or can I keep the stock and what is the difference if I get new coils?

You can use your stock coils and "pre load" the 5100 to get lift, or, you can get new coils like Eibachs or OMEs which use a higher spring rate for lift, instead of pre loading. I would recommend the latter of
the two.

Keep your eyes open in the 2nd gen b/s/t section. They are usually In there pretty regularly. That and an aal and your good to go.
