How was the trail run?

 

i had fun... even though mine is mostly stock and never been "off road"

it was good getting to meet a few members on here to. i have some pics and some vids, other had gopros and took photos. so they should have some posted up soon

 

I did not get a chance to go out there yesterday because of work... but I did go out there today. It was my bros birthday, he recently got a Tacoma, so he wanted to take his truck out on the trail. He asked me if I could take him out around Mt Lemmon, so it was my day off and we hit the trail.

Note: his buddy brought a Ford Ranger...

Is there a spot picked out for the camping trip? Are you guys planning to stay in Peppersauce campground?

 

I might have to get in on some this right her....Merely a 6hr drive from where I am at. Mind if I end up coming?

Honestly that could be a problem considering the lil ranger there got all pissy with me for making too much dust while turning around on "his campgrounds".... Im pushin for Mt Bigelow

Dude if you make that drive for this trip you are more than welcome!!

 

I would second the choice of Mt. Bigelow, plenty of space for all of us & our trucks, plus the fire crews have cut and assembled nice piles of wood everywheres so it will be easy to collect firewood.

I'd prob skip the trail run and head up Fri night to secure a large enough spot for all of us. Sometimes it tends to get crowded up there on weekends and lots of the camping spaces are already taken.
