On a side note Best Buy can go eat a dick. I STILL don't have my fucking phone. 5 days my ass, its 8 days now. Very long story short, I was on the phone with Geek Squad and Best Buy Chandler (3way call) for 3 hours last night to find out why these dildos don't have my phone back yet. I get the run around, fine, lets play hard ball. They told me last night it will be 2-3 more weeks. Bullshit.

I took the time last night and found over 80+ email address at the corporate office and over 40+ phone numbers. I emailed every one of those 80+ emails last night a very long story about the bullshit I've been dealing with. I also called and left voicemails on every phone number I found. Tweeted about their bullshit, created and FB and posted on their home page, and added my review to over 20+ review sites about this store and how shitty they are.

Needless to say I've got their attention and am talking to a VP in email about all this crap. I will never again in my life set foot in a Best Buy store or buy anything from them again.

EDIT: Got a call from a VP in Best Buy Corporate, they told me to go pick up a brand new Note 2 from the store.

So now I have my brand new note 2 finally. (about fucking time)

 

Damn that's insane man...

Facebook complaints on a company's corporate FB page is a great way to get a good response. I have a friend who recently did a similar thing with Sony because his laptop was f'd and it was brand new. After weeks of dealing with customer service, he did the FB thing and within a week he had a new computer with better features. Public complaints like that can turn really ugly, so they usually jump on those pretty quick.

 

Exactly. The best thing to do to piss off a corporation is make your story public, and as public as possible. I've already posted to 20+ review sites and I'm not done. Last night I emailed the 80+ people again to tell them I got my phone and how much of a hassle it was.

Also, if you get your protection plan from best buy and they need to ship it out for repair, if there is a back order on the day they ship you can tell them you need it in 48 hours and they HAVE to do it. The Chandler store 'didn't know about this' but I heard this from the VP of best buy's mobile 'geek squad' and that's their policy.

 

Tiff told me I can get her a sexy storm trooper outfit so she can pose next to my truck in it

 

Wouldn't that be crazy if she had millions of clones like her...

I went looking like crazy last night and only can find a thong/garter that just has a stormtrooper thing hanging from it.. big deal..

I'm about to drop the hammer on a full storm trooper out fit than cut it up to make it sexy for her. Just don't want to cut up a 500$ costume
