    Sounds good.

Tell me about it. Same as government with less holidays and shittier pay.

I know you don't know me, but a tad harsh for someone trying to "spitball" and help.

    There is ALWAYS a solution!
You can believe otherwise, and be ill towards others just trying to throw out ideals.

I don't know what came off as harsh.

I'm not saying your idea is bad, I've worked with Apple as a partner, on a development side, for almost 4 years now. There is loads of times that there is no fix for specific issues related to Apple due to locked down API's, policies, etc, etc. This is their way of building products and has been since the first iDevice came out.

When our Apple rep says "Sorry but this is the only way you can fix this" he isn't lying and he isn't wrong. This guy has been with the company for 15 years, he knows his Apple products better than he knows his wife (that's what he says to us all the time). If he said sorry that's the only way, then legally, that's the only way. Since its for my business and not myself I cannot do anything that would void Apples HIG or policies.

With that being said, Apple sucks assholes.

Who do you work for again? Geez I would love to get back into UCS architecture again. It is so much simpler to administer and scale out UCS compared to crappy HP.

Well the Nexus 5 isn't loaded with bloatware and that's why I bought it in the first place. Second, it had all the power of the HTC and Samsung for 1/2 the cost. So far I'm fairly happy with the updated OS. Adding things like a native flashlight and and lock screen notifications were overdue. My only dislike about the google phone is I feel they are trying to get me to upload my life to a cloud and this is the last thing I want.

I have all my music in the cloud. All of it is on Google's Play Music. Uploaded all of it from my computer a few years ago.

I was going to do that as well. But don't want to pay for that amount of space. Plus the player is horrible.

Yeah, I have less than 20k songs, so it's free for me. I could imagine for those that have way over 20k have your same debacle.

Install onedrive app to get 15GB free, then enroll the 'camera' backup feature and get another 15GB free. Then back out of the camera backup feature and have a nice 30GB onedrive. i store my music and music videos from there to listen from, aside from youtube, soundcloud, spotify etc.

I'll check overdrive and see how it works. 30 gigs won't cover me for space but I could get a small chunk of what I like up there. I'd like to load all of my music into the cloud and be able to stream it from poweramp or some media player that doesn't have a shit interface.

Typically I just stream it from my home server. But something in the cloud would be nice. I just don't feel like paying a buttload of money a month to store my songs and porn.
