Firebird Raceway: Lucas Oil Off Road Series March 15-17

Has anybody been to these? I plan on going to this for my first time. If you have been to it, which day is it good to go on? Any other recommendations? Thanks.

 

ive been to the lucas oil tracks here in CA. They are awesome races! Never seen the big boys race tho, i hear they are amazing! its a good time you should check it out.

 

They're sick man......trucks are loud and fast! Last year SDHQ got us all out there Fri for the qualifying runs and TW photo shoot!

I'm off Fri and Sat day and may be able to make it!

 

Only recommendation I have is go all days if you can! I used to live 10 minutes away from one of the tracks they raced at. They would come twice a year and I never missed them! Unless of course you don't like loud and fast trucks screaming around a dirt track then I recommend you pass on the weekend.

 

I go to all the Lucas races when in town. I won't make it out to this race. I know my dad and uncle plan on going. They are always fun. Saturday is the best day to go. Because is some wrecks too bad they won't race sunday with everyone else. Its cool because the pits are open and you can walk up to the trucks. Really cool if you have never been around stuff like that before.

 

I wish it was cheaper, $50 for 3 days or $30 for 1....I'm too cheap!

 

I went last time. really cool event. We got there early and ended up watching all the kids race. Not really worth it to get there early, except fo better parking.

 

We have a few Free Friday tickets at the shop if anyone wants to swing by.
