I have a friend with a 92 Toyota MR2 non-turbo and he's looking for places to get a valve adjustment. Stealership quoted him more than $400. Where do you guy take your non-tacoma cars?

PM'd you a number. He's my import car guy, been going to him for 12-14 years roughly. He's done 4 motor swaps for me and is just an honest guy and has his own shop.

An MR2, you say? Do I know him?

There might be a bunch of MR2 guys at my house on Saturday. I refer people to Velocity in Tempe for work - they're $59/hr, which is pretty cheap. If what I've been told is correct, Angel/Josh over there have built a couple of high-power MR2s (I build my own but running a shop on the side doesn't sound like a good idea to me :p).

It's just a Camry motor, though - any mechanic should be able to handle it.
