So I NEED a new roommate ASAP. Mine Moved out because he bought a house.

The condo is located by chandler fashion center. you are 2 min from 101 or 202.

Its a two "master" bedroom condo each has its own bath.
In a gated community
Great views of park and pool
Fully furnished with modern furnishings (except your bedroom)
2.5 car garage
2.5 bath
Condo is less then a year old.
Rent is $550 Includes everything!!

• Room With own bath attached
  Cable down stairs and in room
  High Speed Internet access
  All Utilities
  Able to park in Garage (Yes a lifted taco fits)
  

Please if any knows of anyone looking for a place or if you need a place let me know. You can move in this weekend if you wanted to haha

HOLY SHIT! $550 includes everything? WOW.....I hate SOCAL prices...I pay much more than that but I love Socal.

If I lived there I would DEFINITELY be moving in like...now.

 

^Yeah but I wouldn't move in with a total stranger (NO OFFENSE AMAES). Thats just me as I rather live by myself @ that point. Hell, I'd really think it over as thats a SWEET SPOT!

I'm just WOWed @ how awesome that place looks for $550? WTF! Do you live in the middle of nowhere.

If that was in my city of Sherman Oaks. That would be 2500-3000 a month easy! ​

No I completely understand what you mean man.

And nope. I'm a 1/2 mile from a mall (one of the nicest ones) and next to ALL major tech companies in Phx. Also Chandler is a very new area.

 

We can have mod days at your place

 

Yes we can as soon as my parents get their boxes out of the garage we can.

And I'm coating my floor soon so no more ugly plain concrete and clean up will be nice. It will look like this but darker brown (My parents garage):
