Anybody buy gas at I-17 & Carefree Highway?

So Saturday I go and put 10 bucks of gas in the Harley and go riding. I happen to check my bank account Thursday and see that over $500 dollars has been charged to my account. The first unauthorized charge for $ 99 bucks came less than a minute after I got my gasoline. My bank was good and put a stop on it. Seems the money was transferred to an online Poker business called Zynga. I was using a debit card at the time. I called Zynga and raised hell but they don't seem to give a shit. Gas station (Chevron) could care less. Cops don't care because I got my money back. Anyways, a heads up that these scammers are everywhere. I'll be paying cash (a big PITA) in the future. This gas station is located at I-17 and Carefree Highway and is a Chevron.

Somebody asked if he paid inside:

Hey all thanks for the responses. Paid outside at the pump. I am aware of the 'reader technology" these f!@ktards use and nothing seemed out of the ordinary on the pump. I think that rocko may be correct that the wireless system they use is not secure. What a pain in the ass though. I don't use credit cards so my only card (debit) is useless and it will take 10 days to replace. I hope when they finally get caught that they have a "big" cell mate.

This stuff makes my blood boil! There are few lower life forms on this planet than a thief!
I know a lot of you meet/fill-up here before running Table Mesa. I though I would give you a little heads up.

Ive read an online article about this situation. It sucks...so thats why cash is the way to go at the pump.

Or, use a visa/mastercard and report the fraud... all money will go back to you no penalties... (not a debit card though)
