Chou's kitchen is my favorite joint and in the top 20 rated in the nation. Super authentic and all made in house. Its on ray and alma school next to good will. I may be able to swing by and say hi depending on where it is but I have dinner with my folks in Gilbert tomorrow

If you love Chinese food you'll love it. The grandma will sit there and make dumplings right up front. Also just a heads up you won't be able to read your check as it won't be in English. Lol great local Chandler family. Closed Wednesdays

There is a place in Gilbert called Mr. Chou's Kitchen that is also chinese. Good food from there as well. My work provides lunch on Wednesday's and they order from there every so often.
