I'll pm you shortly with a price. As far as custom bars just let me know, we can build pretty much anything you need.

Just ordered these in a 1.5" rise. They are going to ship bare so I can Powder Coat them. Kevin was way easy to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. I'll post pics when I receive them so y'all can see what the difference looks like with the rise.

Here are some pictures of my ATO Bed Rails. Kevin was very easy to work with and the communication was excellent. I asked for the 1.5" rise so the bottom of the rail would be flush with the top of the bed. I use these currently to help with my bike mount and will be mounting a BajaRack soon. The build quality is excellent! I had them ship Bare so I could powdercoat them. Sorry about the pic quality - droid phone.

First off happy bday kevin. second; this made me wonder how about a raised roof rack. Kind of like conventional ladder rack, over the bed and the cab??

You need to post pictures with the bajaRack installed. I just met Chris from BajaRacks and let me say I am highly interested in one of those racks myself. The cross bars more so because they don't use the cleats and they look strong. I need something that can take a beating. I like the idea of the bars being a little raised too that way nothing make contact with the bed. OP... I saw small talk about the hardware. So just for clarification, what exactly is being offered in regards to the actual hardware to install this baby?
Other than that, great work. Way to be able to customize it too.

Sorry for not answering you question sooner. I totally missed it. As far as hardware pretty much everything you need to install short of a wrench is included with them. The only thing needed literally is a 9/16" wrench and your good to go.

As far as strength, these will pretty much take whatever load you throw on them. You'd probably destroy your bed before you hurt these bars. I have a habit of everything being overkill. :D

No worries man. When I get some discretionary income, I'm sure I'll be contacting you about these.

No mud flaps, plasti dipped emblems, and rear bumper, Weather tech digital fit, Bed mat from tractor supply. Pioneer 4400BH head unit. B.A.M.F bed rail tie downs. AVS vent visors.
could you make some that work with yakima snowboard/ski mount. and to wear i could put a basket on them too?

i am kinda looking for the following. 1. i can but a snowboard mount on. that im getting soon. and something i could put a basket on for road trips/camping. i would like to be able to use one at a time. when need be. and if possible use both at same time.

that looks really nice. the one box you have there(the one closer to the cab) did you get that at a bass pro shop by chance? we have one that look just like it that we use to put stuff in and keep dry. that we put in the back of are Rhino when we go 4wheeling.

I actually ordered it from Amazon. Wasn't as sturdy as I was hoping, so that is why the second box is in there. The Plano box I use for keeping all my kayak stuff in (life jackets, waterproof boxes/bags, shoes.) So it doesn't stay in the truck unless the kayak is up and ready to go. The second box is locked to the bed and holds mainly just some tools and bungies and other junk (ball & hitch when bike rack is mounted, which is basically 90% time) I think I might need at some point. And thanks, Kevin did a super job on the cross bars. Making them exactly the way I wanted them. I highly recommend!

ok cool. yeah i’m def going to go with him on making me something. i think it would be much easier to reach a snowboard thats over the bed instead of on the rood. and if i use a baskets for road trips it will keep the drag down and maybe better MPG than it would on the roof.
