Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
I was surprised how easy they were, actually.

Cut/grind the head off all four, flush with the bracket. Using an air chisel/hammer, bang the lowers through the bracket and frame. For the uppers, just pry the bracket off.
Repeat this same operation (grind flush, air chisel) to get the upper rivets out of the frame.
To get them out of the tire carrier, you'll need to pry up the tire carrier from the frame to give you enough room to get a thin cutoff disc in between the frame and carrier, and cut the remaining rivet head flush with the tire carrier. Then just air chisel/hammer them out.
Heat didn't do a thing for me (other than melt my airbag line :frusty: ).

I didn't remove my bed, and was using a standard 4-1/2" grinder. I used a pointed tip for the air chisel/hammer.

Took me about two leisurely hours to do both sides.

So it occurred to me yesterday that I have the rare opportunity to compare, side-by-side, three of the more popular leaf packs.

Stay tuned for a complete write-up thread on my observations on APex vs. OME vs. Deaver.

    Two biggest takeaways:
    1) With shackle flip, the APex were the only ones that still had arch at ride height. The Deavers were flat, and the OMEs were already going negative *and* sitting flat on the first overload (and they are NOT clapped out!).
    2) With shackle flip, OMEs provided the greatest amount of droop (+1.5" over APex), and the APex the least.

With these findings, I'm sticking with my APex.
Which, yes, means I have a set of Deavers and set of OMEs for sale (the OMEs will be part of a complete package, F&R with LR UCAs and 886 COs, once I get my rear shock relocation finalized).

Just because I'm kinda a noob at this, I wanted to make sure you're talking about the AllPro Expos when you say APex... I kinda have a feeling thats what ya mean... But just to completely remove all doubt. Thank you... lol.

Crazy question, does it matter at all if I order from ATO or 4Xinovations? shipping time, and cost? If I order the shackle flip kit and SD shackles, can a discount be added?

$300 extra to ship to Canada? Really?!!! Ouch...I was going to build some to avoid blocks for a 6" lift. Saw these and said, hey why not! Saves me some time and for only $200 bux you cant go wrong. Then proceeded to checkout and HOLY SMOKES! No thanks I'll build some!...Great product anyway and I wish I could have got them to save time with my build.

Did you try calling to confirm? That doesn't sound accurate at all.

Yes you'll be fine. Mine are set in the absolute furthest back positions for shackle and for frame holes.
