Hey Kevin when you get a chance let me know what I owe you for shipping and if there's any extra cost for the new t case skid.

And the long bed gas tank skid fits perfectly! Thanks again!

what can you say about this?

have you seen any issue at full compression with the springs going into a negitive arch? or is there enough movement in the shackle to keep this from occurring? or do you have large enough bump stops to prevent that from even happening?

Doesn't really matter for people who actually need the flips.

I don't see the spring mounting point location changing a terribly significant amount anyway (maybe a fraction of an inch). Additionally, it's just another excuse to upgrade!

Well the actual position of the mounting bolt is only moved down about 1/4".... Hardly enough to make a huge difference in the amount of negative arch you can get out of the springs compared to what it's doing before the flip.

As far as shocks.... Yes they will be the limiting factor after the flip..... However we will have a solution for that as well.

I've been running my stock (NOT TSB) leafs with an Alcan AAL for 4 years now, 3 of those years have been with my original shackle flip and then entire time utilizing stock bump stops. Do the springs go into negative arch? Heck yea, but no more than they did before the shackle flips. Is the negative arch bad for the springs, yea.... But not enough to make a difference yet with mine, and I have arguably the worst springs one could have being as though they are the stockers.

One thing to keep in mind with the shackle flips.... They are a suspension COMPONET, not a full system. There are other parts of the system that can be upgraded to achieve even better performance in addition to shackle flips. Right now my shocks kill the travel in the rear on mine because they are still the normal Bilsteins that everyone runs with 1 1/2" rear lift. I can achieve full compression but the shocks severely limit droop.
