I am looking to upgrade my 2013 Taco, as I live in the most dangerous state in the country for deer.

I was initially looking at Aluminess, but they're too pricey, and I am not sure I am fond of the look.

What are my other options so I wouldn't have to upgrade suspension.

    Thanks,

Thanks. That somewhat saves the looks issue, the pricing is roughly same, if not more for the all-pro

aluminum costs about twice as much as steel for a comparative thickness, so the cost of aluminum bumpers is always going to be higher than steel. Its also a bit more tricky working with aluminum when building bumpers. It tends to warp from welding a lot easier and it takes more time to sand and smooth because it scratches so easily during assembly. That and you also have to use a heavier gauge to get the same strength as steel. All these things make it hard to offer an affordable aluminum bumper.

Im not 100% sure, but I think Relentless and SOS Concepts offer an aluminum version of their bumpers. Not sure how the price compares to others like all-pro.

I'm considering the same. What is the effect on the air bag sensors? Will they still work properly and do they need to be relocated???

Air bag sensors are in your frame rails, not in the bumper.

OP is looking for a lightweight option.

SOS concepts full aluminum plate bumper. Totaled out with full hoops and all options it weighs roughly 65lbs.

Also offer aluminum hybrids if that's more up your alley. If you've got any question feel free to PM me I'll answer any questions you have about them.

I recently installed a Pelfreybilt Aluminum bumper on my '13 with all the goodies (10k winch, lights), and it still weighed under 100 lbs. I installed it by myself too. Running stock suspension still and my front end barely noticed the weight-gain.

The PFB one looks really good, I would probably go with that, second option being APEX which looks great as well.
