I am trying to upgrade my sound system but am totally lost.

Im looking all over google and calling stereo places but I have too many questions and its making it more confusing.

Basically my stock system is the quietest system ive ever heard. I always drive with my windows down and I cant hear anything.

So i am looking for an amp and new speakers.

I was told to get a 4 channel amp and match the wattage of the amp to the rms of the speakers.

Im looking at a crunch 4 channel 1600w amp

and for the front speakers 6x9 400w 3 way
    http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/p_18999_Boss_Audio_SE693.aspx

    and the back 6.5" 350w 3 way
    http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/p_18983_Boss_Audio_D653.aspx

and for front tweeters 1.5" 250w
    http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/p_15938_Boss_Audio_TW15.aspx

    now for the questions.

    The amp says 200w x 4 4-ohms

does that mean my rms' have to be 200w exactly each?

and im getting all the speakers seperate so would I need a 6 channel amp because i have the 2 tweeters?

ill start with that so i dont get ahead of myself.

    Thanks in advance
