    Hey Guys

Can you post pictures of where you mounted your CB Transceivers?

I can't seem to make up my mind on where to mount mine.

    Thanks

    Cheers

Here's mine. It doesn't ever really get in the way. Even when entering and exiting the truck. Plus, it's close to the firewall which makes coax installation a breeze for a hood mount antenna.

I just mounted mine yesterday... and that is exactly where I mounted mine.

now I am just having trouble getting it up and going.
Got antenna setup, cable run, CB powered, CB mounted, but its not working...

    trouble shooting time!

Well I hope you don't run into the same issues I did....my original set up was a midland CB with Matt's (RecklessTaco) old 4ft antenna. Tri let me borrow his SWR meter but I kept getting really high readings. I couldn't figure out where my problem was, finally gave up and had John at Audio Plus take a look. He ran a voltmeter through my system and it turn out the radio I got from Fry's was a dud!!! I was so pissed but now I've got a Uniden with a 4ft firestick and it worked great on the trails this past weekend.

Not sure what the problem is. It CB powers up, but the channel indicator flashes "y", and no signal lights show up...
Not really sure what's going on
