    I am attempting to mount this, here:

    I'm working on a 1st gen ext cab. I'm sorry if this has been covered before the post I found that discusses this is for 2nd gen and I want to make sure I don't break something. In that post is says to just pull it straight off, should I get a flathead behind the panel, next to the clips and pull?
