so im looking at the midland 75-822 cb. after reading some reviews i do plan on gettin an antenna and using the optional hookup for an external antenna. i seen some pics and seen an install thread on here. i seen a few reg cab installs that had sliding rear windows and they just ran the wires thru the window. well...what about us standard window guys? anyone got tips/ideas if i decide to get this cb and antenna?

There is a rubber gromet at the rear of the cab. Just run the wires through there.

There is a cab vent behind the cab and the bed of the truck. its in the center of the cab just below the rear window. just run the wire threw there. you can get to it by popping off the panel in side the cab. great for hiding the wires too.
