I have a 2007 Tacoma 4-door , and i want to be able to liston to my mp3 player thru my factory 6 disc changer, can i run a mo3 jack off this stock unit?

PA15-TOY has an adapter for Ipod, RCA inputs, and a Sat. input for the factory deck.
