GPS headunit?

Hey, will a oem gps touchscreen unit from a tundra mount up in my 06 reg cab tacoma? I found one on ebay here's the link.

double din is a four inch opening, single din is a two inch.

I suspect that head unit relies on some vehicle-integrated parts as well... such as GPS receiver, voice command controls, microphone, etc. I would think that it would be more trouble than it's worth, at least in a Taco.

Based on a completed listings search it looks like those units are going for ~1,000

I'd recommend a 3rd party head unit. Same price, but you actually get all the hardware to make it work (GPS antenna, mic, etc). I've got the Kenwood 8120 and love it.
