subwoofer help

alright now im lookin to upgrade my sound system so far i havent done anything i know most ppl change there head unit first but i got no cash for that right now. so im just going to add a little more thump to my tunes right now
any recomends on set up (sub and amp)and a location for a access cab i still want to use my back seats if its possible and i dont want to spend 600 on a custom consel ?

 

buy a simple sub box, i have the pioneer 10" sub with a rockford fosgate 300/1 amp, the amp is under my seat. good luck with your stereo purchase, side not i have the dbl cab too more room.

 

If you plan on upgrading your speakers as well, I recommend the Alpine PDX-5. Its a 5 channel amp, 75x4 with 300x1. Its an awesome AMP. Super small too, you can fit it anywhere.

go on ebay and buy a 250/1 KL mono D amp. Its an older style amp and Jl made a newer model with the exact settings and delivery that the 250/1 will do.

you can get them for cheap and its capable to hook 2 subs to it. I had it powering a 10 inch kicker, then i had it ran to 2 10" kenwoods. That amp my friend is worth it

 

cool thanks for the help. i just have a problem with locating the sub i know there is a box on sound off audio for a tacoma but i wanted to put a kicker sub but dont know where to put it
