While its not that hard to learn, if you have the money paying someone will save lots of headaches. Look at the install videos and how tos. If you dont think its for you paysomeone. Id go to a lot of different shops to get quotes and see their work. While a Tacoma install is really straight forward, corners could still be cut. You have a bit of planning to do before you get into install. Pick equipment first. Decide on install later.

Both, I didn't have an issue, ordered online and got them fast, others have had issues with communication and shipping in a timely manner. I would order from them again, also hookedontronics and mr. marv make mounts. I made my own for the last speaker change I did, its not hard just need to trace the old speakers and a jigsaw or router to cut them.

By trace do you mean follow the wires to the power supply?

No take the old speakers out, lay them facedown on a piece of paper or wood and trace the outline and boom you have a speaker template.

I spent $87 for Infiniti Reference 6x9s, $48 for Infiniti 1" dome tweeters and $95 for a Pioneer 2-channel amp (on Amazon.com), had everything installed for $250, faded out those terrible headliner speakers and the system sounds 1000% better.
