Front Speaker Upgrade - Kenwood or Pioneer?

    metraonline.com will tell you what speaker sizes go where in almost any vehicle.

    Front speakers on a 2nd Gen are 6x9. And there are plenty of speakers with that size available on Amazon for a decent price.

    Give it a look around, unless you'd prefer the 6.5"

    Back to topic. I personally think that for the price, Pioneer can provide great sound quality. They handle bass well, and if you have a sub and can filter your bass away from the door speakers and to the woofers, it makes the quality that much more crisp.

    I personally replaced all four door speakers with Pioneer, and I LOVE the quality

    Love the sound of an upgrade but i would highly Recommend JL audio ZR's
