If I had to guess I would say it would hook up the same as an Ipod through the Ipod cable, which you may have to buy separate. Possibly thru bluetooth if it has it? :notsure: But I have no experience with that.

Have you reasearched on http://www.crutchfield.com/? They are very informative.

I believe you plug your ipod into the HU and you can control the ipod through the touch screen on the HU. I have the 4200 with ipod cable run into my glove box, but I don't have an ipod, so I can't tell you for sure. Sorry haha.

The units are pretty identical EXCEPT the 4300 offers the Pandora Link capability, which is pretty SWEET if you have an iPhone (which you do I think).

I just put the 4300 in my '05 Double Cab and it is really awesome. You'll have to buy the iPhone/iPod cable separate ... I found it on Amazon for the best price:

    http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-CD-IU...43RK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1302319544&sr=8-1

It's the CD-IU200V, which will plug into the back of the unit and then you can put it anywhere you want ... Glove box, center console, etc. It's easy as hell to install and will allow you to view video AND play music from your Apple device.

I'd go with the 4300 if the prices are equal (or about the same) ... Onlinecarstereo.com has the 4300 for $389 and then you put in the code "OCSAVINGS" in the voucher box, which brings it down to $369.55 with NO TAX and free shipping (Unless you live in CA). GREAT DEAL!!!

PM me if you need more details ... Happy to assist.
