Questions for you audiophiles. Non Tacoma

I figured I'd ask this question here because this forum has far more depth than anywhere else.

I just bought a late 80's Jeep Grand Wagoneer for my wife. She's always wanted one. I'd like to update the audio and add a back up camera if possible. Specifically, I'd like the unit to have Blue Tooth for the phone that interupts the stereo when the call comes in. If the unit had a detachable face it would be a bonus.

Also, she loves the back up camera in the RV mirror on my Tacoma.

I'm open to any and all suggestions.
