I a 2010 SR5 without the Bluetooth hands free phone option and was wondering if it can be added.

I have a 2011 SR5 and the BluLogic kit worked very well for me. The system response was faster than all the aftermarket devices I've seen (like the Pioneer X930BT now in my truck), and the sound quality was good as long as you don't follow the OEM instructions (mount the microphone up by the rear view mirror, not down between the climate controls and the steering wheel like they suggest).

Look in the for sale section. They're not cheap (probably due to low demand and Toyota dealer installed option status). Lots of people end up buying an aftermarket head unit (like me) that has bluetooth built in, thereby wasting money (the BluLogic won't work on anything other than a Toyota radio).
