amp ran to stock speakers

Alpine MRP-M450 amplifier from another vehicle I had. I was wandering if there was a way to wire it up to the stock speakers of my tacoma? It doesn't have the disc changer. I would just like a little bit louder radio. Can the speakers handle the extra boost?

...

Ditto, the stock speakers are very "cheap". An amp would quickly overdrive them.

If you are thinking about upgrading your speakers . . .
check these out . . .

If you have basic mechanical and wiring abilities I'd say it's not too difficult.
