Bilstein 5100s @ 1.75 with 1.5 AAL, Satoshi Grill Mod with 2 Hella 500s behind the grill, LED dome and map lights, custom made (by me) 10" subwoofer box behind the dbl cab seat, DVD/iPod/Bluetooth/GPS/TV/USB/Stereo, Yakima rack, Shell, tinted front windows to match the factory backs. Backup cam in the tailgate handle mod.
Got cheap double din off ebay ($200) almost exactly 1 year ago today. Still works great! DVD, GPS, CD, SD CARD, IPOD, USB PORT, TV, BACKUP CAM, RADIO, BLUETOOTH, ETC. I mainly use DVD for kids (got old monitor hooked up on back seat for kids), and my sd card where I download all music to and play. The SD works better than hooking up Ipod and I dont have to deal with cables. My backup cam is great ($20) but the only thing I dont like is that my music turns off in reverse! I bipassed the dvd reverse function, im sure I can bypass that the same way. Used a relay not wiring to ground and switch.

I wasted some time looking around again - It seems that Kenwood/Garmin are worth another look.
I like large screen displays, and Garmin GPS interface.
