Does XM Antenna work on HUs with Sirius?

    This a repost from the main forum section. Hoping the AV gurus can help.

    Looking for a new head unit to replace the factory stock. The double-dins I like mostly have Sirius adapters/modules and not XMs. Can I use my existing XM antenna wire and hook it to a Sirius module?

    My question was to whether or not there is a difference in the XM and Sirius satellite signal so that one one antenna couldn't pick up the other. I'm sure there are connector adapters and I think I'm allowed to switch my subscription over from one to the other if necessary.
