    i have a 08 double cab and am thinking about installing a 10in sub behind my back seat and was just wondering if i would have to replace my stock headunit?

    You don't have to.. but to get the best quality YES.

    You would need to go buy a Line out (in line converter.)
    Then run your Signal to the AMP and then the Sub.

    I am sure this will get moved to the AUdio Video Section... Might be more help there as well if you need install help.
