I know that this is prob a dumb question and yes I have searched but can't really find the answer I am needing. I installed the Pioneer AVH-P2400BT in my truck and now my AC control panel does not light up. On the wiring harness I did not connect any of the orange wires (orange/white, orange, & orange/black) for fear of frying my dash lights. My question is should I have wired the orange/white wires from the harness to the stereo? Is this why my panel is all of the sudden not lighting up. The ac and recirculation button light up just not the lights behind the knobs. If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it. As far as I know no fuses are burnt and the bulbs look good in the panel.

Not sure exactly what it was but when I got home last night to work on it. They were working. Yesterday before I left for work I pulled the panel and made sure the bulbs were tight and not blown. I had to run so I didn't get a chance to check and when I tried that afternoon they were working. Not sure this will help anyone but that's what I did. By the way you don't have to connect any of the orange wires in the harnesses.
