I just gotta get my courage up a bit , I was pretty sketched out ripping the dash apart , I'm no mechanic and having never pulled the radio out before wasn't sure how hard to yank on it , lol

The radio was pretty tight in there , even after the 4 bolts were out , I yanked on it lightly , then a bit stronger , looked to make sure there wasn't another fastener , yanked a bit more , all the time getting more and more nervous , in my mind I could hear my wife giving me shit for breaking something

When it finally popped out , I think I let out a girlish shreik

 

Do you have yours set up with a Sat radio ?

It seems like the only way it will show playlist labels is if it is set up with A Sat radio as per the user manual

Bumping this thread with an observation / question , my Ipod occasionally seems to keep playing when the truck is turned off and key taken out of ignition

ie : when I restart the truck , the song I was listening to doesn't pick up where it left off and another song is playing sometimes in the middle of the song as though the Ipod didn't stop playing when the truck was turned off

Normal gremlin or no ?
