I am going to be installing a Pioneer AVH-P8400BH soon and I was wondering if you can connect, or if anyone has connected the stock Toyota backup camera to a new head unit? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, I did try searching and couldn't find any other threads on this.

There is a similar post in the 2nd Gen section where a guy mentions (in post#9) that he thinks there is a thread on this and he was going to search for it and post it if he can find it. Maybe I am not using the correct terms but I can't find that thread for nothing.
