Everything locked up and I had to reset my unit. so I lost all my settings.

Since I have a Sub.w should I set my HPF ON (activates the high pass filter. All Low frequency sigials are cut off from the front/rear speakers) OR OFF Deactivates ( all signals are sent to the front/ rear speakers) ?

Yes, set the high pass to around 80hz.

80 would be good if you'd like. As long as it's under 100 or so hertz it'll be fine so that you can't place the sub in the cab of the truck.

Yes. Let the sub do the low end work so that your door speakers are freed up to play the 90hz up not only easier but it'll sound better and increase the life of the speaker because it isn't working very hard.
