Where do you guys place the antenna? Looking some ideas how you route from the stereo unit.

TIA,

As long as your antenna has a good view of the sky, anywhere is good.

I put mine above the radio, underneath the dash. There is some plastic up there you can cram it on top of. I have installed GPS antennas in 4 vehicles inside of the dash and NEVER had an issue with signal. I have more issues with my XM antenna outside of the truck.

Thanks man. On my 350z back in the day, I had it under the dash on the driver side.

Did you use the some glue/adhesive to hold it down?

I have always used the magnetic sticky pad that they come with. Stick that to the area, and throw the antenna on top of it.

In my STi I had it stuck on top of the gauge cluster, nd it was great, but it is easier in the Tacoma to just throw it above the radio. Even less to take out!

I did the same thing last night. Location was on top of the plastic more to the right above the stereo (it squeezed between the dashboard). Hopefully it won't move. On my 350z, I used liquid nail and it was a bitch to remove it at an angle.
