Kenwood DNX5120 Question

Hi,

I have been reading Tacomaworld since September when I got my 08 Taco. Lots of good info. Fourth one I have owned. I am looking into buying the Kenwood DNX5120 in dash gps. I have been searching around for an answer to a question and cannot find the answer. On sonicelectronix's website, the specs on the 5120 state "No audio playback during navigation. Does this mean if it is displaying a map you cannot listen to the radio or does that mean something else?

IMO, I would just buy a Garmin Nuvi if you're looking just for GPS. Mine works well and I can transport it to different vehicles if I need to.

 

yes you can listen to music while looking at the nav screen. Go to youtube and search DNX5120, there are a couple of video reviews on there. Mine arrives tomorrow! If thats your price range, GO FOR IT! you won't find a better one for that price with all the features and as good reviews. Now if you feel like dropping the extra cash for the next model up go for that.
