Need help wiring radar detector

I am working on wiring an escort radar detector using the provided Escort rear view mirror bracket. I cannot determine which is the power and which is the ground in the rear view mirror harness.

Use a meter!
Or check the wiring diagram.

I wish I could get a radar detector. But they are illegal in Manitoba.
