I got a nexus 7 the google maps are awsome, sat view traffic, you can navigate in street view tethered to my iphone and i bluetooth maps voice to my avn 726e with music and the phone connects also at the same time, I got the Satechi SCH-121 cup holder mount, it's right at my finger tips with my hand on the console , overall I love this setup.

It's also portable so I use it in my work van, I just need to get a bluetooth speaker for it was thinking of the ihome idm9.

Cheep setup with backup Nav when I'm in areas with no cell reception, it's rare but it happens on long trips.

With tunein app I can listen to radio stations from all over, and songza has some pretty good playlists.

the nexus will download torrents, thats awsome.

280$ plus tax out the door
