    The fitament isn't very good and it rattles a bit. It's not terrible, and if I actually spent 30 seconds thinking about it I'm sure it would be easily remedied.

    The top portion of the kit doesn't fit into the tabs as snugly and will come out about 1/4". This makes it rattle against the inner peice (single din and head unit) that attaches separately. Dunno about the 2012+ models, but thats my experience.

    The Metra kit is specific for the 2012 so it wouldn't even fit your 05. Did you try putting the 2012 kit into your 05? If so I wouldn't think it would fit.

    Oh ok well the title is asking for 2012+ head units and kits. Sorry man just don't want to confuse anyone on the thread because the 2012 Metra kit is really good.

    I understand. Someone earlier in the thread stated Metra is shit, just sharing my experience with their kit.

    It looks great, as you can tell from my pic.
