Hey guys I want to put a new stereo in my 2010 access cab. I've seen on Crutchfield that I need a separate adaptor for it. I was wondering if any of yall have done this before. I've hooked plenty of stereos up before I just want to know if this is any more complicated. Any tips our advice are appreciated.

I'm sure there has been a few people that have done it, IIRC I think it's just an extra adapter.

Yea I had to buy a separate adapter and something else to sync it with so I wouldn't have to do any splicing. Crutchfield is usually pretty good at talking you through problems if you run into any.

I've installed on, super easy. Metra makes a kit that works great.

Thanks for the post. I went ahead and ordered the metra. Did you get the control harness so you didn't have to splice too?
