USB Port in place of Cigarette Lighter??

I'm looking for a USB port that I can install in the 1" (or so) cigarette lighter hole to feed my aftermarket head unit. I am looking for one like this (but this one is no longer available):

Well, I couldn't find another one small enough to fit. There is one on eBay that might work - but I want a sure thing.

I found the Tundra "adapter" online for a reasonable price - we'll see how long it takes to show up
