Audio system complete! Pics inside.....

Well, got the sub/amp installed yesterday and here are a few pics. Thanks to Street Audio in Schererville, IN for a great install Speakers are Hertz High Energy 6.5" components in front and 6.5" high energy coax in the rears. Sub is a Hertz Mille 10"......

Head Unit DNX5120....

They did a great job on the amp enclosure....custom fiberglass

2nd amp...had to do Alpine due to space constraints.

Looks like they took the the left side storage compartment and just fiberglassed it in. Interesting way of doing it.

Awesome. I was considering doing something very similar myself with mine when I start on it. Did they use any MDF at all? Maybe for the front, lower baffle where the speaker mounts?

I did something similar, but Marv built my box out of MDF. Then I took the plastic storage bins, cut out the middle and carpeted them. Looks so much more "finished" than just have the metal rear of the cab showing through...

Nice looking install man! I lived in NWIN for 9-10 years, including Schererville for half of that time, and went to high school at Lake Central.

It sounds unbelieveably good now that I have it dialed in. The clarity of these Hertz speakers is actually quite amazing! I am pleased with the sub as it is "just enough"....I can crank it and you can't hear the booming down the street, lol

So far so good.....it was not cheap but it was worth it IMO.
