I have a couple questions so here i go. A little info on what id like to do. -- Just a basic single din deck. 50Wx4 22w rms around about. Decent 6.5 speakers. Polk or something along those lines. Not sure if i should go for replacing tweeters too?

1 - Which dash kit is a good one? One that actually fits like its supposed to? Dosn't rattle and such.

2 - Do i have to get adapters for the tweeters and 6.5" speakers? not sure if they work without them.

If you are not replacing the tweeters, buy 6x9" speakers for the front that way you don't need adaptors to fit the 6.5 in there. Polk is a decent speaker for running of ahead unit without amp. Also good are Rockford fosgate 3 way 6x9's. Or even alpine type S. Type E suck IMO and type r shouldn't be run without an amp.

Sounds like your on a good start for a basic system.

sounds like you want a very basic setup. you might benefit most from just upgrading the headunit and adjusting the EQ to make stock speakers work best.

i would definitely replace the tweeters if replacing the speakers.
